Product Configuration
Based on the complexity of the implementation, our engineers would configure the application in your staging environment remotely or set up a similar hosted environment. We will begin to configure the application, obtain real time feedback from your team to make sure that it’s functioning to your satisfaction. The most common configurations are carried out in extending metadata, vocabulary, views, workflows and reports.
Customizations
Based on reports from the gap analysis, for any special feature requirements, we support custom development on the product. However, we do not recommend this, if the customization can interfere with further product extensions and upgrades. Usually, customizations include custom work-flows, support for languages other than English, KPI dashboards, Integrations etc.,
Integrations
There can be several instances in which data residing outside the SharePoint environment is required by eContractsTM for reporting, data validation, or referential purposes. The basic technical challenge is to extend the SharePoint database to facilitate interaction with living information in databases of organizational ERP, SRM or CRM, but also manage the content within SharePoint to meet Contract Management specific needs. We will work with your organization to determine the best integration approach required to meet your needs.
Custom Reports & Portals
The eContractsTM solution already comes with about 20 canned reports. If your organization requires additional reports or tweaks to one’s already available, we are happy to work with you to build custom reports. Additionally, we can also build reporting portals that target different user groups within your organization.
Staging & User Acceptance Support
For staging of the new application or upgrades, your organization will be provided with installation files, along with configuration files for installation in your SharePoint environment. We will work with your IT team to make sure that there is a smooth installation of the application, configuration and the initial setup. During this phase, the solution will be tested by your core group of users using real time scenarios. Feedback, change requests and issue tracking will be managed by our implementation support team.
Go- Live Event
Once everything is good to go and accepted, your organization stakeholders will sign-off that the implementation has been completed and is ready for go live. If the maintenance package is purchased, it will be initiated at this instance.
