- Discounted upgrade to new version of SharePoint platform
- Includes support of maintenance for customizations
- Access to a web based ticketing system
- Technical support provided by e-mail and followed up with phone calls as required for esca lated issues.
- Free issue resolution, for major issues/defects (as defined earlier in the SOW)
- Maintaining any customizations and additional modules purchased.
Maintenance Fees
While our maintenance package is optional, it is highly recommended. This is a yearly fee of 20% of the total cost of the eContractsTM. Any additional support requirements can be purchased through our support packages for specific development and customization/configuration support.
Renewals & Cancellations
The Agreement renews automatically on the date of the contract maintenance agreement purchase. The Agreement can be canceled at any time in writing by e-mail, fax or letter. In case of cancellation, Corevo Software will not prorate or issue any refunds for any unused time on this agreement.
Product Support
In addition to providing maintenance on the software, you can also contract Corevo Software for support that would include development, configuration and enhancement of the solution on an as needed basis. Contact our Sales team for any Support related enquires.
